Avala TV Tower

In the cooperation with “Ratko Mitrović – Dedinje doo“, Montena d.o.o. has finished production and mounting of steel structure for the Avala TV Tower.

Height of the steel structure is 55m and has a total weight of 66t.

Sports hall, Indjija

Montena d.o.o. has finished the main arch erection of the Sports hall in Indjija.

The arch is 100m wide and has a total weight of 45t.

Ušće Centre

Montena d.o.o. has finished the production and assembly of the steel constructions on the Multifunctional Centre USCE, Belgrade.

The Usce shopping centre will feature 130,000 square metres of gross buildable space in one of the best locations in the city, which could be labelled the very heart of the city. The intention of MPC Properties is to create a modern and sophisticated atmosphere where shopping, entertainment, and business can be combined. Over 160 exclusive stores from famous domestic and foreign brands will be located in the shopping centre. Many of these brands are making their first appearance on the Serbian market. Furthermore, the supermarket will have over 4,000 square metres of space. At such a convenient location, this supermarket will be attractive to shoppers from both sides of river. Restaurants and bars will occupy approximately 1,000 square metres of space and will offer a completely different concept from that usually offered in large shopping centres. In addition, the Usce Shopping Centre will have a multiplex cinema with 11 theatre halls. This combination will make the Usce Shopping Centre a unique destination that offers an amazing mix of shopping and entertainment.

Ušće Centre

Montena d.o.o. signed a contract for production and mounting steel constructions on the Multifunctional Centre USCE, Belgrade.

The Usce complex, when completed, will become one of the most modern and elite business centers in the Balkans. It will boast two towers each with 25 floors and a multifunctional office-commercial-sports center.

Underground there will be a hypermarket with over 12,000 square meters. There will also be one underground floor of the shopping mall, while the remaining two floors of the mall will be above ground. The shopping mall will have a total commercial space area of 36,000 square meters and will feature cafes, restaurants, boutiques, stores, furniture stores, banks, and pharmacies. The third part of the complex will have a multiplex theatre and sports recreation centre.

Sava City - SAVOGRAD

Montena d.o.o. has finished the production and assembly of the steel constructions on the on the Sava City, Belgrade (total weight 145t).

Sava City is situated at the left bank of Sava river, 700 m from the river on one side, and in the vicinity of the heart of Old Belgrade on the other side. It will consist of 20.000 sqm office (two triangular objects) and 15.000 sqm residential buildings.

GOMBIT d.o.o. production hall

Montena d.o.o. completed fabrication and erecting of steel for sport GOMBIT d.o.o. production hall in Indjija. (Covered area: 2400m², total weight 84t)

Delta City 67

Delta City shopping mall is comprised of a supermarket, numerous fashion, sports and home décor shops, banks, post office and other services. In addition to the famous brands, the visitors can enjoy a cineplex, a bowling court, children’s playgrounds, a gym and socialize in various restaurants and attractive caffés. Delta City is designed so that each area is easily accessable from the multilevel garage.

The project is prime located at New-Belgrade and comprise of 55,000 SQM for shopping area and will be opened in September 2007.

Montena d.o.o. is engaged in the project on production and mounting 18 separeted steel constructions with 1000t of steel in total.
